How far in advance should we book?
Reach out to us as soon as you know you want a mobile bar for your event! Our schedule can fill up quickly and we want to ensure we are available for your event. Please ensure your venue allows outside vendors.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to book our bar tending services. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event!
Do you have insurance? Do you provide permits?
We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. Copies of these policies are available upon request. It is your responsibility to secure any permits if needed. Please check with your venue.
What if there is leftover alcohol?
It’s yours to keep! That is the added benefit of hiring a “dry hire” bar tending service! All the alcohol is purchased by the client so whatever is leftover is yours to keep!
Do you provide alcohol?
No! In Arizona we are not allowed to carry a liquor license. You will have to supply all the alcohol for the drinks of your choice. This is NOT included in the prices of our packages. But don’t worry, we take all the guessing out of how much alcohol to purchase by providing you an individualized shopping list based on your drinks of choice!
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens and we understand! Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule your event. We will do our best to reschedule if needed. However, unfortunately deposits are non-refundable.
What type of glassware is used?
We provide disposable plastic cups for each event. Glassware must be provided by client and discussed prior to event if desired.
Do you provide all necessary bar tools?
Yes! We provide all necessary bar tools needed to make your drinks spectacular!
